Popular Ghanaian Lawyer, Maurice Ampaw Says Sometimes Controversial Counsellor George Lutterodt Does Not Think Right

In an exclusive interview with Ghanacreativearts.com editor Nii Attractive (Mustapha nii Okai Inusah ) on his opinion on the counselling Counsellor George Lutterodt gives which somehow receives public loathing, lawyer Ampaw said as a friend to Counsellor Lutterodt, he thinks the counsellor has a good way and style of sending his messages across but sometimes, he goes to the extreme and behaves like someone who does not think right.

He refreshed minds and recalled that Counsellor Lutterodt once said if you are a man and comes home to realize another man is having sex with your wife in your bedroom, you should not interfere. Rather, stay put and listen to the moaning from your wife.

If she seems to be enjoying the act with the man, don’t go interrupt, but if she’s making agonizing sounds, go to her rescue.

But lawyer Ampaw beliefs no right thinking member of the society will give such an advice.

“He has his own style of getting attention from the media, but I think he should know that as a citizen, he has a responsibility that whatever he says, there are thousands of people out there who look up to him.”

“There are two types of people in the society – people who think right and people who don’t think right” lawyer Ampaw added; referring to Counsellor Lutterodt.

He continued, “He should give good counselling and ensure that marriages succeed than breaking marriages.” According to lawyer Ampaw, he’s a marriage counsellor too and does lots of divorce and custody cases as a lawyer.
