Regarding the cancellation of Shatta Wale’s highly anticipated concert in Wolverhampton, UK, Shatta Wale’s manager, Sammy Flex, has disclosed that despite encountering several health issues while in the UK, Shatta Wale was determined to meet his Wolverhampton supporters.

During an interview with Ghone TV, Sammy Flex clarified that as they were making preparations for the event, Shatta Wale fell ill due to changes in weather and occasional bouts of cold and flu. This resulted in the musician feeling weakened during that period.

Sammy Flex explained, “We were committed to putting on the show and didn’t want to disappoint our fans. So, we explored options to ensure Shatta Wale could still perform.”

After consulting with the event organizers, Sammy Flex suggested using a helicopter to transport Shatta Wale to the venue rather than subjecting him to a lengthy drive from London to Wolverhampton.

“He didn’t want to endure a long drive from London City to Wolverhampton. We proposed airlifting him for a maximum of 45 minutes. This would allow him to rest and conserve his energy for the performance,” he added.

However, the organizers were not receptive to this idea, responding with, “At this stage, we can’t accommodate this request.”

In response to the cancellation, Shatta Wale’s management swiftly called off the highly-anticipated November 4, 2023, show in Wolverhampton. They cited the inability of the organizers to meet the artist’s demanding financial and logistical requirements as the reason.

Bizzle Entertainment expressed shock and dissatisfaction in response to this cancellation. They highlighted Shatta Movement Empire’s failure to communicate in advance, referring to their contractual agreement that necessitated dialogue in the case of unforeseen circumstances or disputes before any public announcements. Bizzle Entertainment views the cancellation as a breach of contract and is actively pursuing a resolution.
