“We have four meeting rooms which can sit about 70 people and also very good and affordable event packages; the location is very quiet and superb. It’s not disenchanted like some other places; you have your peace of mind to have your conference and meetings,” he said.
All rooms in the hotel are air-conditioned and have facilities such as mini bars and safes. It recently rated 8.5/10 on booking.com.
“That’s a heavy award because you are being accessed by international guests from different backgrounds and different countries, after just a year of operation. On all the six keys that we were rated on, the highest we scored was on services.”
The 34 guest rooms have all being very well designed with almost about 75 % Ocean View. The large swimming pool in the hotel is world-class and opened to the public for leisure and swimming lessons.
Oceanic Beach Resort can fully boast of a significant growth over the past year. Occupancy has increased from 29.5% occupancy to about 40% in 2016.
“We hope to record 65% occupancy by the end of 2017 and also develop a solid client base,” Mr. Ansah said.
