Renowned blogger Ameyaw Debrah, crowned the 2023 Art and Tourism Blogger of the Year, emphasized that bloggers and internet users should harness the internet’s potential for personal development and societal benefit, steering clear of negative influences.

Addressing the audience at his private residence during the plaque presentation, he highlighted the myriad opportunities the internet has bestowed upon the world and Ghanaians.

Debrah urged Ghanaian bloggers to identify their passions, emphasizing that limiting oneself to a single sector is counterproductive. He stated, “My advice is to always discover your passion.”

While acknowledging the popularity of entertainment content, he encouraged bloggers to explore diverse areas such as business, environment, tourism, health, and sports. Debrah emphasized the importance of portraying a genuine identity and personality by following one’s passion.

In conclusion, he advised against mere imitation, urging bloggers to be unique and innovative in creating their own content.

The Ghana Bloggers Awards are being organized by the Ghana Bloggers Association and supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Attractive Media.
