Black Sherif features on Apple Music’s ‘Rap Life’ playlist cover

Fast-rising Ghanaian rapper Black Sherif has been featured on the cover of Apple Music’s ‘Rap Life’ playlist.

The achievement comes after the rapper’s ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ song which was released on March 30 this year broke boundaries, and enjoyed massive and consistent airplay across the world.

‘Rap Life’ is a new global playlist by Apple Music that focuses on the recent crops of rappers who are dominating charts.

According to Apple Music’s Global Editorial Head of Hip Hop and RnB, Ebro Darden, the playlist seeks to replace the “A-List: Hip-Hop” playlist.

He added that rap isn’t just a genre but culturally a way of life.

Meanwhile, the rapper’s ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ song keeps chalking successes as it has bagged 10 million times and 3.4 million streams on YouTube.
