A dramatic loyalty test has exposed a web of alleged secret relationships involving popular Ghanaian TikTok personality and food content creator Afua Nash, sparking widespread reactions across social media.
The controversy began when a man identified as Kuwani was subjected to a phone-based loyalty test organized by a group known as Street Traffic. The test was reportedly arranged by Kuwani’s other partner, Star Girl Dela, who claimed she had been in a relationship with him for four years but had grown suspicious of his fidelity.
During the staged call, Kuwani was expected to affirm his commitment to Star Girl Dela. However, in a shocking twist, he instead mentioned Afua Nash as his “real” girlfriend, leaving Dela visibly furious and humiliated.
Following the revelation, tensions escalated quickly. Star Girl Dela allegedly demanded that Kuwani return a car she had provided him, declaring their relationship over. In a heated confrontation, she also accused him of taking a shirt from her shop moments earlier and reportedly forced him to remove it on the spot. She further claimed that she had been financially supporting Kuwani throughout their relationship.
As the video of the incident circulated online, Afua Nash responded publicly, distancing herself from the unfolding drama. She expressed frustration over being dragged into the situation, stating that Kuwani’s actions had caused her distress, particularly given her public profile in the media space.
According to her, she had deliberately kept any alleged relationship private and did not consent to having her name mentioned publicly. She emphasized that if she had intended to make such a relationship known, she would have done so on her own terms.
Afua Nash also issued a stern warning, insisting that this should be the first and last time her name is linked to such controversies. She further criticized Kuwani’s behavior, suggesting he failed to consider the consequences of his actions and describing him as a “womanizer.”
The incident has since ignited intense debate online, with many questioning the ethics of loyalty tests, while others focus on the personal accountability of those involved.
