Organisers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards have announced a sudden change in venue for the 27th edition of the prestigious ceremony, set to take place this Saturday, May 9, 2026.
The event, which was initially scheduled to be held at the Palms Convention Centre at La Palm Beach Hotel, will now take place at the Grand Arena within the Accra International Conference Centre.
Although organisers have not provided an official explanation for the late switch, the move effectively returns the awards to a venue long associated with some of Ghana’s biggest entertainment spectacles.
