In a statement released under the auspices of the City of Wisdom, Counsellor Donkoh acknowledged the distress the prophecy caused and clarified that it was never his intention to incite fear or panic. The prophecy, which was shared across his social media platforms, drew heavy public reaction and left Shatta Wale visibly shaken, according to the counsellor.
“While the revelation came through divine inspiration, it was never intended to cause fear and panic, or emotional distress,” the statement read. “However, I have become aware that the public nature of the prophecy and how it was circulated has left Shatta Wale visibly shaken and traumatised.”
Donkoh emphasized that, as a servant of God, he is deeply conscious of the weight of his words, particularly when communicated in the public domain. He extended a heartfelt apology to Shatta Wale and his loved ones for any mental or emotional discomfort the prophecy may have caused.
Looking ahead, Counsellor Donkoh pledged to exercise greater caution and spiritual sensitivity in how he shares prophetic messages, especially on public platforms. He reaffirmed his commitment to delivering God’s word in truth, love, and wisdom.
The statement, dated July 27, 2025, concluded with Donkoh’s personal signature and reasserted his dedication to promoting peace and understanding through his ministry.
