Mark your calendars! Aklerh, the dynamic Ghanaian artist known for her infectious Afrodancehall rhythms, is set to release her latest single, “Mash Up”, an Afrobeat groove, on January 15, 2025. Following the success of her EP, Dancehall Queen, released in April 2024, this new track, under the Revolution Record label, promises to elevate her musical journey.
“My decision to record an Afrobeat song was inspired by my desire to express how I feel,” she shares. “I had the opportunity to work with the amazing producer Tubhani Muzik, who created this awesome banger. The result is a beautifully crafted groove, dedicated to the young and the young at heart.”
Aklerh has been making waves in the industry with standout performances at major events like Stonebwoy’s BHIM Beach Concert and Ras Kuuku’s Puomfest, along with her own successful show, Queen of the Coast.
