Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Supports Fancy Gadam’s Concert (Pictures + Videos)


The Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Hon Mrs Catherine Ablema Afeku and her deputy, Hon Ziblim Iddi attended the “Gadam Nation Concert” held in Accra during the weekend at the Bukom Boxing Arena to show their support for the Artiste

Fancy Gadam, Tamale based artiste who has a massive fan base in the three Northern regions, drew over 6,000 fans to the Bukom Square in Accra on November, 26 for his flagship “Gadam Nation Concert”.

The event which was put together by Sultan INC and 5M Music saw performances from popular colleagues such as B4bonah, Nii funny, Rudebowy, Gariba among others.

In a chat with Nii Attractive (Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah) Ghanacreativearts.com, the Honorable Minister expressed her total commitment and readiness to support all young and upcoming artistes in the country.

“We at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture intend to support our young and talented artiste both in and outside Accra and give them all the necessary attention they need to promote the industry.

Other dignitaries and government officials who graced the occasion include Director of Creative Arts, responsible for Programmes & Projects at the Commission for National Culture – Mr Socrate Safo, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development – Hajia Alima Mahama and several others.
