The Network for Assin Development in collaboration with Attractive Foundation and Baafi Foundation have donated Educational materials to two deprived schools in Assin North Constituency in the Centra Region.
The Donation dubbed ” Boa Nimde3” and “Back to school” drive was aimed at improving the quality of education in the deprived areas.
The Network for development of Assin has been one of the pillars behind development in the Central region for years and have been mostly collaborating with other organizations to achieve their aims.
Speaking at the occasion the President of Network For Assin Development, Samuel Adobah advised parents to value their wards’ education for the betterment of the society.
He emphasized that children are the future leaders and it is important that as a nation we should all join hands and help Government to upgrade the educational system.
During the Donation, the Event Organizer, Mr Stephen Arthur gave inspirational words to encourage the parents, teachers and children.
Mr Arthur said that parents should not put fear into their children but rather encourage them to take their studies seriously.
They were accompanied by the Vice President of the Network for Assin Development, Mr Moses Boadi and Mr Botchwey.
The Chief Executive Officer of Attractive Group of companies under which Attractive Foundation is a subsidiary Mr Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah, Popularly known as Attractive Mustapha who could not make it to the central region due a related activity of donations to the needy and street children in Accra also said in a phone chat that their outfit is always available to partner the Network for Assin development and any other charity organizations.
“One of our aims and objectives is to help reduce poverty in Ghana , through education and through any other means most especially the kids on the street and those in school who feel like giving up due to poverty and circumstances beyond their control, “ he said.
