Multimedia Group Lays Off 100 Workers Due to Financial Constraints

Apparently actress and radio personality, Naa Ashorkor Mensah Doku is not the only person who has been sacked by giant media conglomerate Multimedia Group Limited- owners of Joy FM, Adom FM, Hitz FM and other top-notch media brands across the country.

New report emerging indicates that 100 workers have been sacked owing to the ravaging Covid-19 which has bedevilled the company with overbearing financial constraints.

From what we gathered, the company was having issues which is akin to what is happening with Bola Ray’s EIB network as staff have to endure months of unpaid salaries even before the outbreak of coronavirus.

Ultimately, the company decided to lay off some wokers to stay afloat in the meantime.
