Kwasi Ernest Is Lying, He Demanded & Collected 5,000Gh From Joyce Blessing – BullDog

What is a music industry without controversy, bickering, accusation and counter-accusations? And such characteristics of the industry has started early in the year 2018, thanks to the likes of Kwasi Ernest, Joyce Blessing and their respective camps – www.entertainmentgh.com is just an observer!

Facing some backlash over reports that he ‘shamefully’ collected performance fee from Joyce Blessing for non-performance, as a result of the artist suffering an accident, Kwasi Ernest responded and explained that, he is not as callous as he was being tagged and in deed, he went to Zylofon offices to transact business on Stonebwoy and that, it was the Business Manager of Zylofon who proposed the idea of handing over the fee of Joyce Blessing.

While that rebuttal was gaining some traction, Nana Asiamah Hanson, aka BullDog, the Artiste & Repertoire Manager at Zylofon Media also reached out to www.entertainmentgh.com to also provide clarity to the matter.

According to BullDog, Kwasi Ernest is lying with his version of happenings concerning Joyce Blessing’s transaction for the ‘Bliss on the Hills’ gig at Abetifi last year.

Firstly, he insisted that, the money Kwasi came to collect at Zylofon Office was not part payment for the performance but full payment, which was 5,000Ghc.

“I brokered that deal. The original fee was 7,000Gh but it was negotiated to 5,00Gh, and even that, he did not take care of fuel/transport and other related cost for the artist’s performance. He only provided a room,” he enlightened.

Secondly, BullDog also clarified that, Kwasi Ernest demanded for the money back, contrary to his claim that the idea of refund was proposed and executed by the Business Manager of Zylofon, Genevieve Cooper.

He stated that Kwasi virtually hounded, pestered and vigorously demanded his money from Genevieve and after so much persistence, he had to intervene and ensure the money was paid to him.

“5,000Ghc is really nothing that Zylofon should worry about and muddy itself over, so I intervened and advised for the money to be paid to him,” he explained.

Surely, this account by BullDog will elicit another round of response from the camp of Kwasi Ernest, meaning that, there’s no end in sight to this ‘steaming’ dispute!
