Respected Ghanaian international actress, Jackie Appiah has donated items worth thousands of Cedis and an undisclosed amount to widows at Krobo-Odumase in the Greater-Accra Region on Tuesday 5th December, 2017 as part of her birthday celebration.

The screen diva who is also the Chief Executive Director of the Jackie Appiah Foundation which aims at putting smiles on the faces of needy people sparked the entire township with joy as the people welcomed her kind gesture in a grand-style.

Jackie Appiah is known to be donating to widows, orphans and needy people on her birthday for over a decade now.

Speaking to Nii Attractive (Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah) ,Ghanacreativearts.com, the award-winning actress said she loves to give back to the society especially on her birthday to show appreciation to God for her life achievements
