The Ghana Association of Writers will have a literary event tomorrow Sunday, August 6, 2017, 3:00pm to 6pm, PAWA House, North Ridge-Accra.

Top on the programme will be the acceptance of applications of news members. This is according to Mr. Anthony Obeng Afrane, the Deputy General Secretary of the Association who spoke to Awake News’ Korsi Senyo.

The event dubbed GAW Sunday, is the Association’s monthly literary event intended to gather literary enthusiasts, and give the opportunity for the audience to perform spontaneously.
Dr. Amanda Kenpston, American renowned Poet is expected to grace the occasion tomorrow as the Special Guest.

My cherished readers, you are warmly invited to the Ghana Association of Writers’ monthly literary event, GAW Sunday, tomorrow 6th August 2017, at PAWA House near Accra Girls, Roman Ridge, from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

What to expect: music, book reading, storytelling, poetry recitals, spoken word, etc. Spontaneous performances are allowed from the audience.

Special Guest for the event is Dr. Amanda Kempston, a renowned American Poet. Admission is free.
