GFA presidency: Amanda, Ankomah out of race as Fred Pappoe withdraws

Amanda Clinton and George Ankomah are out of the GFA presidential race after recording zero votes in the first round.

Delegates casted their votes to elect the next president of the Ghana Football Association with the elections entering a run-off.

Fred Pappoe who also had just six votes has now pulled out of the race.

The results are as follows

2. Afriyie Kwasi George – 40
3. Fred Pappoe – 6
4. Amanda Akuokor Clinton – 0
5. Nana Yaw Amponsah – 27
6. George Ankomah Mensah – 0
