A customer of fabc Travel And Tour, a traveling agency, has detailed of being defrauded by the company of thousands of Ghana Cedis. 

The company which used to operate around McCarthy Hill in the Greater Accra region and recently closed down all offices is accused to have defrauded several customers of thousands of Cedis. 

One customer, (name withheld) told thepublisheronline.com on Monday that, after several months of investing in the traveling agency with the aim of securing traveling abroad has refused to honor its promise on the agreement base.

A contractual agreement between the agency and their customers, sighted by thepublisheronline.com states that, if one feels insecure and wish to terminate the contract, arrangement would be made to refund the cash invested but the customer reveals, owner of the company has refused to do the needful. 

Narrating his ordeal, the customer said, “I invested huge sum of money in the process, it’s all about making arrangement to secure your safety travel abroad. The policy is about applicants whose applications to travel might be unsuccessful, contract agreement is to refund it but they have refused. They have closed all their offices, access to reach heads of the company has refused. ”

All efforts by this online portal to reach the CEO of the agency to get his side of the story has proved futile.
