Ex President John Mahama pays touching tribute to ‘talented’ Ebony

Former President Mahama has added his voice to the growing number of tributes pouring in for Late sensational dancehall singer, Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng best known as Ebony in showbiz circles.

Ebony Reigns died in a gruesome road accident that occurred late Thursday evening on the Sunyani-Kumasi road.

The 20 year old was reportedly returning from Sunyani to Accra after a visit to her mother who had returned to Ghana from Abroad, when she was involved in a ghastly car accident Friday dawn, family sources say. She was rushed to the Bechem Government Hospital but passed on.

Reports say, Ebony was returning to Accra to make preparations for a trip to abroad for the “Ghana Meets Naija” Sweden edition.

Former President Mahama who took to his twitter page to add his voice to the sudden demise of the talented songstress wrote; “RIP #Ebony. A talented life cut short. My favourite track on domestic violence and relationships, “maame hwe” ”
