Empress Gifty To Host her Husband for the maiden edition of Onua TV’s cooking show

Ghanaian gospel musician, Empress Gifty has hinted that she will be hosting her husband, a deputy National Security Coordinator Hopeson Adorye as guest for her the maiden edition of her cooking show on Onua TV dubbed ‘Aben Wo Ha’ coming Sunday.

The much awaited show according to the musician will be very unique, extraordinary, and extremely different from the cooking shows we have seen over the years.

Empress Gifty stated that the show is targeted at giving opportunities to Ghanaian men to exhibit their cooking skills, as well as encourage men to upgrade on what they already know about cooking.

Speaking in a one on one interview with Christian Agyei Frimpong on Onua FM, Monitored by Attractive Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah, Empress Gifty added that the show which will be starting this Sunday at 5:00PM, and explained that she decided to host her husband who is an aspiring Member of Parliament for Kpone Katamanso in the Greater Accra Region first because many people think politicians and ‘big men’ do not know how to cook so it is an opportunity to let the public know how good politicians are in the kitchen.

Aben Wo Ha is designed to bring to the kitchen men from all walks of life; be it politicians, showbiz personalities, members of the clergy and others. The show is uniquely positioned, with a fusion of music and cooking.

On each episode, the guests will be exhibiting their culinary skills amidst a very engaging conversation with Empress Gifty on a range of relevant subjects, from career, business, trending issues to family affairs. This will be followed by a live band session to add to the excitement.

According to the producers, periodically, the show will be moved to open and controlled spaces where the host and the guest will cook for a selected number of people who will bring their perspectives to the conversation.
