COVID-19: Let’s maintain the virtual concerts in order not to risk lives – Amerado

Ghanaian Musician Amerado has suggested that it will be prudent for the entertainment industry to maintain the virtual concerts which is already on-going within the entertainment industry.

Speaking in an interview with Sammy Flex on Showbiz Daily monitored by Journalist and Blogger Attractive Mustapha the fast rising Ghanaian rapper said having an event with just 100 people is just like going the virtual way.

He advised that prevention is better than cure so the industry should put more efforts in doing the virtual concerts, since it is obvious entertainment fans are getting used to it gradually than organizing events for 100 people.

“It will be difficult to price an event which will be patronized by just 100 people. if the vaccine doesn’t come soon then we have to maintain the digital platforms to make money”, Amerado said.

He advised that musicians and stakeholders within the entertainment industry not to be greedy and risk people’s lives because of money.

“I know this thing will pass, we shouldn’t pressure the president to lift ban on entertainment events we should relax”.
