Africa’s Top Model Feeds Street Children In Accra

Winner of Africa’s Top Model at the 2018 Miss Pan-African Queen, Miss Harriet Lamptey yesterday spent her New Year feeding street children in Accra.

Miss Harriet Lamptey was also the 2nd Runner Up at the event that was organized in Nigeria from November 21-24. She spent the whole of yesterday, January 3 to share food items to street children in Lapaz, Kwame Nkrumah Circle and Abbosey Okai together with her foundation, HertieCare Foundation.

The beautiful Harriet is a lover of children and hence has compassion towards Street Children, hence her decision to spend her New Year with them.

Speaking to the media after the donation said;”Miss Harriet Lamptey said; My love for kids is immeasurable and I decided to do this because it has always been my heart desire to put smiles on their faces. I decided to choose New Year because a lot of people donate to them during Christmas and i wanted them to enjoy the New Year as well”.

Speaking on the challenges she face in her bid to help more kids, Miss Lamptey stated that funding has become her major headache and hence pleads with various stakeholders to support her foundation undertake a number of projects.

Funding is a major headache for me and my foundation so I am pleading with major stakeholders and organizations in the country to help me push this beautiful agenda of always putting smiles on the face of Street Children.
