2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards winners receive cash prizes (Pictures +Videos)

Winners of 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards today received their cash prizes attached to the awards at the DSTV office in Abelenkpe.

Each winner picked up a GH¢3,000.00 cheque whilst the representative for Artist of the year, late Ebony Reigns and lifetime achievement of the year which was awarded to a member of Wulomei group Naa Amanua Dodoo picked up 10,000ghc each .

The late Ebony’s cheque was presented to Bullet, manager of Ruff Town Records which the late dancehall musician belonged to who in turn handed the money over to Ebony’s father.

Lynx Entertainment artiste Kuami Eugene who won the “Best New Artiste of the Year” award received a DSTV decorder aside his Gh¢3,000 as part of his prize package.

Speaking in an interview with the Head of Communication at Charter House, George Quaye after the presentation, he told attractivemustapha.com that next year will be their 20th anniversary of rewarding hardworking artistes and encouraging more talents in the Music and Arts industry in general and used the opportunity to entreat musicians to give off their very best next year.

According George Quaye, CharterHouse envisages good things to happen next year because there are lot of positive things being planned and the media will be updated with time.
